terms of service

GENERAL
♡ I have the right to decline or cancel commissions if I feel unable to meet your standards, or if your request is too out of my comfort zone.
♡ I require clear reference of the character's design in order to pursue your commission, I will not accept otherwise, I will not design your character.
PAYMENT
♡ I only accept upfront payment, which means full payment must be made BEFORE I put you in my queue and begin work.
♡ All payments are made through VGen's built-in payment system.
♡ Prices may vary depending on your request, and will not include taxes [PayPal & VGen]
USE
♡ All artworks I make are allowed to be used and posted as long as proper credit is given. This means to state that the work is by me, with my full username, somewhere visible.
♡ Personal use of commission adds no extra fee.
Commercial use of commission will add +100% of original price. [This includes using your commission for streaming purposes]
Merchandise use of commission will add +200% of original price. [This includes using your commission on merchandise to be produced and sold]
REVISIONS POLICY
♡ Revisions are offered for free during the sketching process. After that, I will not offer any more revisions.
♡ this does not include skeb-style. skeb-style means absolutely no revisions.
DELIVERY AND DEADLINES
♡ Delivery deadlines vary based on a lot of factors, mostly how big your order is.
♡ If you receive your commission's deadline and need it sooner, you can pay a rush fee, which will be +50% of the base price. please note that there is still a limit to how fast I can complete a request, and try to order ahead of time.
ARTWORK OWNERSHIP
♡ I retain all rights to my creations and may share them on any social media platform.
♡ Avoid copying or tracing the art as your own, and do not remove the watermark.
♡ Non-watermarked versions are provided for commercial usage commissions.
REFUNDS POLICY
♡ I will only offer refunds if I choose to stop working with you/I cannot fulfill your order.
